Servicing Department
Appliance Force, our efficient servicing company, is based at the same location as our head office and warehouse in Benfleet. It used to be at the site now occupied by our kitchen design studio. We can service and repair almost any electrical item, from televisions to fridge-freezers, whether you purchased it from Stellisons or not!
Because our servicing company is on the same site as our large warehouse, our engineers can quickly access all the spare parts and accessories that we hold in stock, minimizing delays to you.
If you purchase an item from us you can relax in the knowledge that, in the incredibly unlikely event that it goes wrong, we have a superb and speedy repair service staffed by well-trained engineers. If you have an appliance that wasn't purchased from one of our stores which needs repair or servicing, we can still do that for you.
